At Rerhi Waala, we know buying pre-loved shoes online requires trust. That's why we don't want you to feel stuck with a pair you're unhappy with.

Instead of making you go through a complicated return process, we've created three Rerhi options for you.

01 — RERHI RETURN

Something genuinely wrong? We'll make it right.

If you receive the wrong pair, discover a major defect that wasn't mentioned, or find that the actual condition is significantly different from what we showed you, you can request a return within 3 days of delivery.

If your return is approved, we'll guide you through the process and provide a refund.

02 — RERHI SWAP

Want another pair instead? Let's swap it.

If your approved return isn't the right pair for you, you can choose another available pair of the same or lower listed value.

Once the swap is mutually agreed, we'll send your replacement without charging you another delivery fee.

Because sometimes you don't need your money back...

You just need to find the right pair. 👟

03 — RERHI BARGAIN 🤝

Think we priced it too high? Make us an offer.

This is where we bring the real rerhi experience online.

If you receive your shoes and genuinely feel they weren't worth the price, contact us within 3 days and tell us what you think would be fair.

You make an offer.
We consider it.
We can accept, counter-offer, or decline.

If we mutually agree on a concession, you keep the shoes and we'll refund the agreed difference to you through bank transfer after receiving your bank account details.

At Rerhi Waala, the price isn't always the final word.

📋 Our 3-Day Return Window

All three options must be requested within 3 days of receiving your order.

For returns and swaps, the shoes must:

• Not have been worn outdoors
• Not have been washed or altered
• Remain in the condition in which they were delivered
• Be accompanied by the original packaging/accessories where applicable

Please inspect your shoes and try them indoors before wearing them outside.

👟 Remember — These Are Pre-Loved Shoes

Every pair at Rerhi Waala has had a previous life.

That means small signs of use such as:

• Creasing
• Light scratches
• Sole marks
• Slight discoloration
• Normal signs of wear

are expected and are not considered defects when they match the condition category and photographs shown on the product page.

We have only three condition categories:

EXCELLENT
Minimal signs of use.

VERY GOOD
Pre-loved. Still fresh.

ROUGH & TOUGH — DAILY WEAR
More visible wear. Built to keep going.
